About us
Danyar Relief & Development Organisation (DRDO) is non-profit organisation registered in UK and Somalia, which is founded to support and assist the vulnerable and needy people in Somalia but not exclusively, who are affected by droughts, conflicts, and severe food and water shortages. DRDO is a UK Somali Diaspora initiative which aims to alleviate the hardship and the suffering of the people in Somalia. DRDO works closely with the local communities and local authorities in order to respond to the actual needs of the people affected.
Mission
Our mission is to promote sustainable development and improve the lives of vulnerable people in Somalia, by supporting the poor and needy while working towards the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals.
Vission
Our vision is a world where all people have access to basic human needs such as clean water, food, healthcare, education, and economic opportunities, and where natural resources are conserved and used sustainably for future generations. We strive to achieve this through partnerships and collaborations with communities, governments, and other stakeholders, and by promoting innovative, evidence-based solutions that contribute to sustainable development.
